Yoga this morning. I’m exhausted. Yet, I feel goo0d. I always tell people I take yoga not for now but for ten years from now. Well, I have now been practicing for roughly 18 years. Ten years has come and long gone. Look in the mirror. Stretch and turn. Touch my toes. Walk up the four flights to the apartment. Still works. Ten years from now?

The human I exists as an experiential synapse between inside and outside. I am in here… not-I is out there. We usually refer to not-I as you… or it. Whatever word we use, really isn’t important. What is important is… that’s not me. The boundary defines who I am.
Another important question is… where do I put the boundary between I and not-I?
Where do wind and silk meet?
