So I’m back after riding around Coachella Valley. Desert and sand and beautiful palm trees in places where people have done landscaping. Other than that, desert and sand and sand colored buildings all placed along the sides of Route 111. So much has been done and still so much open space. Walking from the car to the supermarket and back and carrying the bags into the apartment, the 106 degrees does hit hard. I didn’t feel as if I was in any trouble… but I didn’t feel like moving too fast.
