Today I am a trombone and will remain this way until a year from today when I turn into a Sunset Strip.  Go figure.  Meanwhile, the writing continues… Tao of the New Consciousness, by The Elder; Textbook of the New Consciousness and Shredding the Event Horizon by ag PhD, and an experiential novel, still untitled by David Silverman which will include all the biographical material.  In all cases, the main writing has been done and just needs putting together to make it happen.  Fun…fun…fun. Here’s another potential verse from the Tao.

I am a scale… a hanging scale…

…like the one blind justice holds

one side holds things outside me…

…one side holds things inside me

the people… the rose… the sound…

…the thoughts …emotions …what-ifs

In balance both sides are equal…

…I point straight up

Another day.  Six more verses created from random notes. Inner thoughts reworked so they can be shared through the world out there.  Incredible.  And if that’s not enough.  I now get to make some chicken soup for my ailing wife.

“I” is inside everything.

The physical world spreads out around me.

Waves of consciousness coming from me…

spreading like a cone and forming a vortex

that comes back down surrounding me.

“I” have headed out in many directions…

have had many different experiences.

The experiences becoming ever more unique…

for each little piece of “I”.

Facing and interacting with the outer world “I” have created…

Interacting with waves from countless other directions…

Consciousness coming together from different directions…

that’s what creates the material world.

“I” is having cool experiences… looking for itself.

However, I am relating to what I see out there…

Not to the inner source of energy that created it all.

That is who “I” really am… Each individual I.

So here’s what I see on the immediate horizon.  Obviously, I keep blogging and adding to The Tao of the New Consciousness. Eventually, it will be done…here… on this site… complete. At the moment I see it written by The Elder.   Preface could be I AM Here.  transcribed by The Elder.  Ever better.

Off line, I will continue the revision of Shredding the Event Horizon, with the goal of having an article of NY Times Magazine quality.   I will refine Textbook of the New Consciousness without The Elder or autobiographical material.  Both will be written by Anton Grosz PhD.

It’s very easy to evolve.

You can do it in your head.

Simply know that “I AM” is real. Everything else is an adjective.

Then see all those adjectives… the thought, the emotions, the likes, the dislikes, the talents, the handicaps… not to mention the body that houses them… as different from any set of adjectives that ever has or ever will walk on this planet… or any other planet, for that matter. How special is that?

Now use those adjectives for the good of all.

Invocation

Spirit spanning cognition.

Intellectual activity in the light of spiritual awareness.

Really very simple.

Above all a knowing.

         not a belief,

         not a guessing,

         not a hoping,

         not a wanting,

But a knowing.

One single overriding consciousness pervading the universe…

…everything and every process.

One single overriding consciousness manifesting the physical world…

…in an unbelievably diverse number of ways,

One of which is  the being ‘now’ having the thought about

I slept late.  Still wouldn’t mind taking a nap.  Have done the work that ‘needed’ to be done. What shall I do with the rest of the day? Go to the gym and exercise the body? Stay at the computer and exercise the mind?  Maybe  both?  What will feel most complete at the end of the day?

One way or another…

You are going to go into the light.

That’s just the way it works.

It’s who you are.

You come from the light.

You go into the light.

If you have a body…

At some point…

The body dies.

You still exist.

The light continues.

You just don’t get to look at it

Hospice Day. Stopping off at homes and nursing homes to see people at the end of life. Some know it… some don’t… some would forget it one minute after telling them.  Praying for people… simple enough… then seeing their appreciation that someone came to pray for me.   Here’s a verse for today.

Humanity! Pay attention.

It’s time to take an evolutionary step.

When you put the boundary of I and not-I at the edge of your body…

and focus on the outer physical world…

You feel separate from everything you see.

That’s not the way it is.

When you move your boundary all the way inward and become “I”…

and focus on the outer physical world…

You are one with everything you see.

That is the way it really is.

Big difference.

You should try it.

Another month is in the books. Amazing how fast things of by when you’re looking backwards.

Great morning.  I took a whole series of random notes and insights and turned them into six different poems that can be used for the New Tao. And I was able to throw away the page of notes.  Woohoo! Actually cleaning up.  Here’s one of the poems.

Energy = mass x speed of light squared

The speed of light equals consciousness

The speed of light is what consciousness looks like from the outside

Consciousness is what the speed of light feels like from the inside

Consciousness equals the speed of light

Energy = mass x consciousness squared

Solutions are best when they work for all parties.

If “I” am in all, why would ‘I’ want it any other way?

Humanity has been looking at the world through small I’s. That’s why conflict and unhappiness continue to exist. I want what is best for me. Screw you.

‘I’ also want what is best for me. But ‘I’ know we are truly all One. So why would ‘I’ want to hurt part of myself? The world is at its best when all are joyful.

Whether you are looking at pure light or looking at pure darkness…

you are blind.  Seeing requires contrast to even exist.

It is the same with the feeling ‘I’.

There must be a “Not-I’ to know ‘I’ am.

My son’s birthday today… the same day as JFK, who had a role in my wife and I getting married.  But that’s another story.  My son is now 48 years old.  Ridiculous.   That would make me… how old?

I AM…

is in the middle between inside and outside.

It’s only with movement that the feeling “I AM” comes into existence.

Before movement… out somewhere in the middle of space/time… nothing is.

Then something happens… What?

I don’t know.

I’m not even there… till something happens.
